AdMan doesn't currently have a feature to renew ads--it will be added to the next release. However, you can manually renew ads that have expired through time by modifying the database manually (with say phpMyAdmin). Just edit the target record in adman_ad_spaces and set status='Active' and end_date to the new end date.
