Here is what Im trying to figure out how to do?. I built my form with FormGen and it is working well. I want the user to fill out that for and when they click submit for the information to dump into the database. The user will be redirected to a new PHP page that will pull the information back out of the database for HTML formatting.

Any help is appreciated as I cant get my head wrapped around coding this.

Thank you,
Jason

You should follow the example for creating a form with multiple pages: http://www.formfields.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=96&highlight=multiple
