There is currently no official way to prioritize an ad, however you can accomplish something similar by doing the following:
1. Create an ad zone with say 10 ad slots
2. Let's say you want Company A's ad to run 60% of the time and Company B's to run 40% then, schedule 6 slots for Company A and 4 slots for Company B.
We will most likely be including a formal prioritizing feature in the next release of AdMan.
