This is most likely because you set the Zone Height or Width to a value that is too small. To change this:
1. Login with the administrator account and edit your target zone.
2. Increase the Zone Height and/or Width and save the changes.
3. Regenerate the Zone code and paste it into the appropriate place in your website.
