You cannot completely delete a user, however you can disable a user and prevent them from logging in. Here's how:
1. Login to AdMan with the administrator account.
2. Go to Users, browse for the target user, and then click Edit. Then select Status: Disabled, specify a disabled reason in the notes section, and click Save Changes. After this, the user will no longer be able to login.
