I have two suggestions for the FORMgen script.

1) - Put an 'Add Field' link at the bottom of the script, so you dont have to scroll back to the top of the page after viewing your addition/change.

2) Make the script executable. I can't figure out how to use it offline. I loaded it on my server, but that's no different that using it off of FORMfields server. Maybe I missed soemthing? I want to use it locally.
